Garrett Sheehan, born in 1948, was the President/CEO of The Florida Fund, an affiliate of ARCTRUST, as well as Director of Capital Markets at ARCTRUST, and former director of ARCTRUST Corporate Realty Trust – a public but unlisted real estate investment trust.  Over the past 30 years the ARCTRUST group of companies have been responsible for the development and acquisition of more than 500 properties throughout the United States with an aggregate value of more than $5 billion. 

Mr. Sheehan has over 40 years of experience in the development, finance, acquisition and management of real estate projects internationally.  He began his real estate career as a real estate lending officer for the Travelers Insurance Company, one of the largest insurance companies in America and a component of the Dow Jones Industrial average.  

In 1979, he was a founding partner of The Pivko Group, Inc. and subsequently Tibor Pivko & Company, an international real estate advisory company with activities in the United States, Europe and the Middle East. Through that entity, Mr. Sheehan acted as advisor in the acquisition of real estate for many foreign institutions including: the Trinkhaus Bank, Aufhauser Bank, Bank Swiss Italia, as well as advisor to the Dresdner Bank in its first U.S acquisition, the Bank of Nova Scotia Building at 67 Wall Street in New York City.

Mr. Sheehan became Co-Head of the Investment Banking Group and a Managing Partner of Jones Lang Wootton USA (“JLW”) during his 11 year tenure form 1988-1999.  JLW at that time was the largest real estate company in the world based in London England.  At JLW he conceived and implemented a successful Global Auction and Sealed Bid Sale Program and was involved in the capitalization of several large-scale urban development projects. He also served as the President of JLW Securities that was a JLW broker dealer affiliate.

In 1999, he joined Sentinel Real Estate, a private New York based Investment Manager that was formerly the Real Estate division of Smith Barney. Sentinel at the time was one of the largest owners of residential properties in the United States for US pension funds, with a portfolio of more than 60,000 under management.  He inaugurated the firm’s overseas business and was responsible for the formation of several vehicles including: a shariah fund with Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank to invest in US multifamily properties, a series of joint ventures with a Bahrain based investment bank, and a private REIT with Dutch pension funds.

Mr. Sheehan received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Trinity College (Connecticut) and a graduate degree from St Edmund Hall, Oxford University.  Mr. Sheehan is married to Eileen Sheehan and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.  Mr. Sheehan is a full time resident of Jupiter, Florida.

Mr. Sanford L. Woods is the President of the following automobile dealerships:

Mr. Woods graduated from Western New Mexico University in 1971 with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Business Administration.  Upon graduation, Mr. Woods was employed by two different Insurance companies in New Mexico and Colorado.

In January 1973, Mr. Woods was hired by Chrysler Corporation in Denver, Colorado and thus began his career in the Automobile Industry.  Mr. Woods’ first position was    Administrative Trainee and was then promoted to four different sales districts in five years.  In 1978, Mr. Woods was promoted to the Zone Office in Denver where he held three mid-management staff positions:  Truck Manager, Business Management Manager, and Field Operations Manager.

In 1982, Mr. Woods was promoted to a Regional Manager of Chrysler’s Detroit Import Operations Group.  Then in 1983, Mr. Woods was promoted to Chrysler’s Home Office in Highland Park, Michigan where he handled Dealer Placement activities for the Western half of the United States.  From Highland Park, Mr. Woods was moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota as the Assistant Zone Manager in 1984.  Two years later, he was promoted to Chrysler’s largest sales Zone, Washington D.C.

In 1987, Mr. Woods returned to Detroit to assume control of Chrysler’s Minority Retail Dealer Development Program.  In this position, Mr. Woods recruited and trained Minority candidates to become automobile dealers.

On July 31, 1989, Mr. Woods ended his 16½ year career with Chrysler to form Brandon Dodge in the Tampa Bay area.  Since the opening of Brandon Dodge on November 13, 1989, Mr. Woods’ operation has grown to encompass numerous business operations including 13 automobile dealerships, real estate development, restaurants, and collision centers.  Over the past few years, Mr. Woods has consolidated his operations to the two dealerships in Florida, Treasure Coast Lexus in Ft Pierce, Florida and Treasure Coast Toyota in Stuart, Florida

Mr. Woods was also honored as one of the Time Quality Dealers in 2000 and the Automotive Dealer of the year by Black Enterprise magazine.

Brian Mylett began his career in 1990 as a Financial Advisor with the Delaware Valley Financial Group. In 1997, Brian relocated to Florida and became a Partner with First Financial Resources, LLC, a privately held estate-planning firm. Between 2001 and 2004, Brian was the Managing Director of Building Finance Company, funding and building over $28 million of residential real estate projects. Brian founded MYLECO Real Estate and Development, LLC in 2004, and partnered with US Land Group, LLC to develop more than 5,000 acres of land in Florida.

Brian has placed private capital for real estate projects in excess of $167 million. He has developed high end Luxury Multi-Family Real Estate and Apartments on Palm Beach Island, Highland Beach and South Daytona.        

Brian received his Bachelor of Science – Finance Degree in 1989 from the Pennsylvania State University. He has been licensed by FINRA with the Series 6 Securities License and was licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services for 16 years. Brian secured his Florida Real Estate Associate License in 2004 and his Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2005. He has held an active Florida Real Estate Broker’s License for 18 years. Brian served on several charitable organizations’ Board of Directors. Brian was on the BOD for the Paley Foundation and helped fund raise funds for Dr. Ben Carson and the “Carson Scholars Fund”. Brian is married to the love of his life Carolina and they have been together for 10 years in Tequesta Florida with their two beautiful daughters, Danika Sofia (9) years old and Sienna Grace 23 months old.

In 1984 Steve entered the construction industry, and soon after he launched Fisher-Clark Construction. For over 17 years, Steve stewarded one of South Florida’s leading general contractors and high-end interior build-out specialists. During this time Steve completed several remarkable projects within Palm Beach County including 1200 townhomes in Westwood Lakes, Westwood Garden, and Boca Gardens along with Waterside and Ambulatory Surgical Center on Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach.

When Fisher - Clark merged with Catalfumo Construction in March 2001, Steve focused his construction and powerful management expertise on augmenting their production capabilities. Steve’s expertise is truly comprehensive. Particular strengths include administration, estimating, and construction management. Steve’s powerful management style and “hands-on” involvement have resulted in the successful completion of projects totaling in excess of $1 Billion. A few projects to mention in the Palm Beach Gardens area are Legacy Place, an approximately 400,000 sq. ft. office and retail space in a multi-building complex, and Gardens Business Center, a multiple-building complex for medical and office space. Steve organized the construction of the City of West Palm Beach Governmental Building as well as the Palm Beach County Operations & Support Center. Steve also piloted The Ritz-Carlton Residences formally known as 2700 N. Ocean sales center and erected the 25-floor towers. And he managed the construction of the two 19-story condominium towers "Oasis" on Singer Island. His exceptional understanding of the construction industry, when combined with his commitment to quality and service, provides the basis for his significant professional and personal achievements.

Upon leaving in 2005 Steve and Jeff Fisher organized Fisher Contracting Corp. A state-licensed General Contractor, specializing in vertical construction of buildings, interior build-outs, interior demolition as well as metal framing and drywall installation. Throughout the years they’ve maintained clients to include retail space, medical offices, MRI centers, Kidney Dialysis Centers, restaurants, and office spaces. Some projects to outline in recent years: Robb & Stucky’s 30,000 sq. ft. showroom in Boca Raton, Groves Medical's 22,000 sq. ft. medical building, and Royal Palm Medical Plaza used as a 24,000 sq. ft. multipurpose medical building. Their vast contact base, reputation, and hard work have made this company successful.
